Processing Time
All products are printed on demand. Orders take 2–5 business days to process before shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

Shipping Times (United States Only)
United States: 3–7 business days

Shipping times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.

Fulfillment & Production
We partner with Printify, a print-on-demand network.
Your order may be routed to the closest available U.S. production partner for faster delivery.

Tracking
All U.S. orders include tracking. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or delayed beyond normal timeframes, contact help@djsgigglewear.com and we will assist right away.


Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

What We Accept
We accept returns or replacements within 30 days for items that arrive:
• damaged
• defective
• printed incorrectly
• incorrect size/color due to a production error

What We Cannot Accept
Because each item is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for:
• buyer’s remorse
• ordering the wrong size
• choosing the wrong color or style
• changing your mind

How to Request a Replacement or Refund
Email help@djsgigglewear.com with:
• your order number
• a description of the issue
• photos of the item

If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
